The CREATE Office does not maintain a land phone line for fielding questions, leaving messages, or returning phone calls. Individuals with questions about the CREATE program, or needing more information, should not leave phone messages at any SCDE phone extension.
Questions and inquiries regarding the CREATE scholarship program are answered via email in order to avoid misunderstandings and misinterpretations of information provided. All email communications to and from the CREATE Office are archived at SCDE.

Individuals employed full-time (any position, in or out of the classroom) by a SC public or charter school are enthusiastically invited to submit their online CREATE application at the following link in the Forms feature box:
After a CREATE application has been submitted (which does not commit the applicant yet), applicants may email lingering questions to Dr. Joe Sutton, Program Director, SC-CREATE, at jsutton@ed.sc.gov, who will reply promptly by email within 3-5 business days.
