Applicants will follow these steps in this order. Be patient with the process. It may take an entire semester to gather and submit required documents to qualify. Follow instructions in your "CREATE Next Steps" notice exactly as prescribed.
- Submit a CREATE application.
- Wait for "CREATE Next Steps" email (takes up to 3-5 business days).
- Submit all required documents outlined in your "CREATE Next Steps" notice. Each one will be acknowledged by email reply.
- Once all required documents have been submitted, wait for a "CREATE Qualified" notice (takes up to 3-5 business days) with instructions on how to submit your course scholarship request.
- Submit your course scholarship request:
- For Add-on/PACE courses
- For Degree program courses
- Wait for "CREATE Course Scholarship" email confirmation (takes up to 3-5 business days).
- Follow-up with your college CREATE Center Director to ensure you are properly registered as a CREATE scholarship student.
